LEAD/CHASE PEVO RATES
Minimum Mileage for Lead/Chase PEVO is $1.85 per mile. And is applicable when the pay for the day as mileage rate is greater than a day rate.
Day Rates are a Minimum of $550 and are charged based on the greater of pay for Cabdem, between mileage pay and Day Rate for particular day. With an overnight charged on top of that so technically a day rate all in is $650
Minimum for Mini-Rate is $300. Mini-Rates are ONLY APPLICABLE IF from the start of a run to the end of a run is less than 50 miles. There is NO Mini-Rates for short days on a Long Run.
All No-Gos are a Minimum of $250 each, with an Overnight Charged on top of that. Each No-Go ends up Minimum of $350 all in.
Over-night rates are Minimum of $100 a night. If PEVO service is required at sunrise or before, Overnight before run is charged. If after 8 am start, previous night is not charged. Any loads ending after 5pm will have an overnight charged on day of drop as well.
Night Move is billed when PEVO is required to perform operations throughout night time hours. Charge is strictly $500 on top of already charged rates for same day movement.
